marlowe's brussel sprout chips
great way to eat brussel sprouts. actually deep frying is a good way to eat anything. but who knew deep frying this health food would turn it into a delicious, crunchy snack?
ingredientsbrussel sproutssalt lemon pepper
1. wash, cut, separate the brussel sprout leaves2. heat the frying oil up to 350 degrees farenheit3. fry the leaves until the edges are brown4. dry on paper towel5. season to taste
we didnt have lemon pepper or lemon anything so i just sprinkled some worschestire sauce on them. that might have made them less crispy but they were still delicious!
