marlowe's brussel sprout chips

great way to eat brussel sprouts. actually deep frying is a good way to eat anything. but who knew deep frying this health food would turn it into a delicious, crunchy snack?

ingredients
brussel sprouts
salt
lemon pepper

1. wash, cut, separate the brussel sprout leaves
2. heat the frying oil up to 350 degrees farenheit
3. fry the leaves until the edges are brown
4. dry on paper towel
5. season to taste

we didnt have lemon pepper or lemon anything so i just sprinkled some worschestire sauce on them. that might have made them less crispy but they were still delicious!
