Craw Stations House Noodle
so i've been to craw station in sf twice and both times i loved their house noodle. its not a garlic noodle but a masago-y noodle. i tried to ask them what was in it but they told me it was just masago and then topped with tobiko. i tried that but it was a bit too try. i put some dashi broth in it and that made it better but it still wasnt the same thing as having it there!
All i did was basically cook angel hair (or you can use spaghetti) to al dente. then mix in the masago. when i realized it was too dry, i put in some butter, soy sauce, soba sauce, then finally dashi. i need to try this one again.
